Qualifications

• Experience leading M&A projects and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support executives in modelling and analysis of RFPs, acquisitions, and initiatives.
• Lead the Company’s M&A function to enable buy & build strategy.
• Project manage M&A activities from due diligence to integration.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analyses to inform strategy.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and reporting processes and annual financial planning.
• Prepare presentations and financial reports for quarterly Board Meetings.
