Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in New York is seeking a motivated Manager to join its Corporate Development & Strategy team.

You will drive M&A, investments, and strategic initiatives, performing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform senior leadership. You will develop and refine financial models, monitor industry trends, and assist with due diligence and reporting for board meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and/or Corporate Development.
• Proficiency in building financial/operating models and valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comps, SOTP).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial models for acquisitions, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities in interactive entertainment.
• Conduct in-depth research on competitors and market developments; deliver insights to the team.
• Assist in due diligence for M&A and partnerships; prepare clear presentations for senior management and Board.
