Blue Hour Studios, a social-first agency, seeks a Supervising Strategist to lead strategy across a portfolio of brands. You will uncover cultural truths, drive human-centered insights, and shape campaign narratives with strong briefs.

Collaborate with creative, account, and influencer teams to push boundaries and elevate work. You will mentor junior strategists, guide strategic voice development, and ensure high-quality, research-grounded direction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social strategy, creative strategy, or related planning role at an agency or brand.
• Proven ability to develop social-first and creator-led strategies with measurable impact.
• Strong research and insights development skills; ability to turn data into briefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop social-first and creator-led strategies across client portfolios.
• Own strategic direction, research depth, and quality of briefs and narratives.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to ground ideas in research and platform-native formats.
