Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Manager to join the North America Strategy team in New York. You will act as an internal consultant, leading cross-functional initiatives across merchandising, planning & allocations, store operations, and marketing to drive measurable business impact.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy, an MBA preferred, and demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy within retail or CPG preferred.
• MBA from top-tier program preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts; translate analysis into strategic insight and action.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with proactive mindset and ability to drive outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Develop structured hypotheses, conduct rigorous analyses, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, Store Operations, and Marketing to solve complex business problems.
• Build business cases and roadmaps to enable decision-making and translate initiatives into measurable impact.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders; coordinate workstreams and push teams toward outcomes.
• Support projects like identifying opportunities, developing execution plans, and improving operating efficiency.
