Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team. You’ll transform complex customer data into actionable insights that guide strategy, strengthen vendor partnerships, and support executive decision-making across the organization.

You will develop scalable dashboards and analytic frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into growth opportunities across channels and brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in customer analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
• At least 2 years of experience writing advanced SQL queries.
• Experience with customer, transaction, loyalty, or digital behavioral data; experience with a CDP is a plus.
• Ability to translate analyses into concise business narratives and executive-ready presentations.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, or self-service reporting in Power BI or similar.
• Strong knowledge of customer metrics: acquisition, retention, loyalty, segmentation, LTV, channel behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of customer purchase, engagement, demographics, loyalty, and channel behavior.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Strategy, and other teams to frame business questions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-ready narratives for trusted insights.
• Translate customer data into business value through acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and growth.
• Create vendor and brand insights to understand customer overlap and opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into executive narratives and recommended actions.
