Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of planning or related business experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior clients and creative teams.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Expert knowledge of presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint) and Word.
• Experience with Simmons/MRI and syndicated research partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and set client strategy.
• Lead a 4-5 planner team and mentor junior staff.
• Develop actionable insights from client, market, and consumer data.
• Lead integrated strategy and idea generation for teams.
• Manage research projects and vendor selections.
• Guide brief development and ensure clarity of messages to teams.
