Carmichael Lynch is seeking a Group Planning Director to lead the strategy and planning practice across Minneapolis and Philadelphia. The role partners with account and creative leadership to craft actionable insights, guiding a team of 4–5 planners and shaping client relationships.

Responsibilities include developing strategic recommendations, supervising research projects, and elevating the agency’s creative output through integrated planning and collaboration with senior teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, advertising, or related field or strong relevant experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior clients and creative teams.
• Extensive quantitative and qualitative research experience with actionable insights.
