Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of agency account management experience.
• Innate curiosity, keen insight and unyielding passion for the industry.
• Ability to think big, but also translate into meaningful, actionable steps.
• Natural ability to lead through presence and performance and provide business and marketing consultation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clients receive the highest level of service, value, and strategic/creative thinking from the agency.
• Partners with the core integrated agency team to realize the account vision.
• Shapes and manages client expectations with strategic confidence.
• Manages client financials and contributes to account profitability.
• Leads internal and client teams across full-scale production (broadcast, video, digital, print).
• Provides top-level client contact and maintains regular contact about business needs.
