Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Senior Manager within Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates (SPA) to shape growth initiatives. You will lead sizing, business cases, and KPI frameworks, collaborating with Finance and senior leadership to drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in strategy and a track record of launching cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced tech or marketplace settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or other strategic leadership roles.
• Experience in top-tier consulting firm and/or fast-paced technology, marketplace, or high-growth business.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SPA's long-term vision, strategic priorities, and growth agenda.
• Own opportunity sizing, business case development, and investment analysis with Finance.
• Translate objectives into KPIs and performance tracking frameworks across SPA.
• Lead analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform executive decisions.
• Provide external perspectives and industry insights to SPA leadership.
• Define initiative scope, success metrics, and implementation plans.
• Drive prioritisation across strategic opportunities and resource needs.
• Track performance and ensure realised business value.
