Expedia Group in Seattle is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Growth Marketing Finance, focusing on Affiliates & Enterprise Commercial. You will build financial models and deliver insights across SPA and cross-brand initiatives.

The role requires advanced analytical and forecasting skills, experience in marketing or channel finance, and at least 3 years of relevant work. MBA is a plus, BA required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Experience in marketing finance, channel finance, or affiliate/partnership roles.
• Ability to interpret and communicate channel economics data for both financial and non-financial audiences.
• High intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset; continuous improvement.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• BA required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SPA Affiliates channel team to develop financial insights for profitability and growth across EG's affiliate partner portfolio.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly affiliate channel reporting and close processes; analyze spend, commissions, bookings/NBV, gross profit vs. plan.
• Perform variance analysis and outlook forecasting for affiliate channel costs and revenue; communicate drivers to leaders.
• Translate affiliate channel economics into commercial insights for marketing investment decisions.
• Evaluate commercial viability of new affiliate partner deals and launches, including profitability and structures.
• Collaborate with SPA data, analytics, and engineering to improve forecast accuracy and spend visibility.
• Support enterprise and cross-brand investment business cases.
