Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Associate in Boston to shape the company’s highest priority strategic decisions. You will work across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other functions to evaluate opportunities, build models, and present recommendations to leadership.

You will leverage a strong analytical background from investment banking, private equity, or consulting to develop executive-ready storytelling and deepen understanding of WHOOP’s business and market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2–3+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth investing, consulting, or strategic finance.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to build flexible models.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for senior leaders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear recommendations.
• Experience working across functions and influencing without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Support high priority strategic initiatives across growth, product, healthcare, business model, geographic expansion, and partnerships.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities and inform decisions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and company analysis to inform WHOOP’s strategy.
• Translate analyses into concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Assist in strategic planning processes and tracking progress against objectives.
• Structure problems, drive analysis from hypothesis to recommendation, and manage multiple workstreams.
