WHOOP in Boston, MA, seeks a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Operations team. The role sits at the intersection of operational strategy and program management, leading cross-functional workstreams from planning through execution.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, management consulting, or operational strategy.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets and similar PM tools.
• Ability to own and deliver complex projects from planning through execution with attention to detail.
• Proven track record juggling multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate initiative execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems.
• Build and maintain project plans, cadences, status reporting, and documentation for effective execution.
• Structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and develop actionable, scalable recommendations.
• Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance.
