Liminal is seeking a Senior Associate to lead 1-2 engagements at a time, managing the workplan, team, timeline, and quality while collaborating with a senior sponsor and practice leader. You’ll deliver rigorous client insights and drive engagement outcomes directly with clients.

You’ll design engagements, build a compelling narrative, and scope extensions when needed. The role combines client work with internal collaboration in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting or related fields.
• Experience running engagements and delivering client work.
• Ability to lead executives and guide consensus.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the workplan, staffing, timeline, quality, and recommendations with sponsor and practice leader.
• You’ll lead teams of two to four people, coaching in real time and giving feedback.
• You decide the storyline and evidence, building and defending the narrative.
• You’ll be the main client contact, managing expectations and addressing surprises early.
• You’ll lead workshops, war games, and strategy sessions with senior leaders.
• You’ll scope extensions, write statements of work, and ensure profitability.
• You’ll collaborate with research, data science, and Analyst Desk to meet engagement needs.
