Qualifications

• Four or more years in management consulting, strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar; has led a workstream.
• Able to present answers in meetings, not only take notes.
• Quickly turn an unclear brief into a clear plan, usually within a day.
• Strong modeling and concise CEO-ready presentations.
• Experience using AI tools effectively in engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define the workstream from start to finish: question, method, analysis, answer, conclusions.
• Oversee one or two Associates, set approach, review output, and coach growth.
• Own a client deliverable section with recommendations and supporting evidence.
• Handle complex tasks like war games and diligence workstreams with light supervision.
• Be the main client contact between meetings; manage expectations and momentum.
• Review data critically and adapt insights to engagement needs.
• Identify client problems and raise opportunities for new work.
