• Coordinate with executive sponsor and practice leader to scope and review work.
• Direct client sessions, workshops, war games, interim reviews, and final presentations.
• Oversee engagement design, commercial scope, and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with platform teams to integrate research and data into engagements.
