Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 10 plus years work experience as a leader in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital, CPG and/or retail experience required.
• Knowledge of secondary research data sources; ability to navigate and extract baseline insights
• Creates aesthetically-pleasing, impactful presentations
• Experienced brainstorm and/or workshop facilitator
• Quickly able to master the agency's processes and products
• Demonstrated excellence in strategically planning campaigns to align with clients' strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Influential Agency-wide strategic leadership, delivering valuable thought leadership to multiple clients and internal teams
• Drives best in class insight, data-informed strategy, and innovative thinking
• Acts as a catalyst to spark curiosity and innovation within the Strategy team and across all lines of business in the client portfolio
• Builds client relationships, identifying new ways to broaden offering, and grow existing relationships and revenue
• Participates in new business pitches
• Works collaboratively with senior management, agency partners and peers to successfully contribute to the success of the agency
