Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X in the United States is seeking a Group Strategy Director to oversee multiple accounts and contribute strategic vision that drives growth. The role sits on the Extended Leadership Team and demands high-quality, thought-leading strategic deliverables.

The position is hybrid, with four in-office days per week. You will lead agency-wide strategy, build client relationships, and contribute to new business initiatives while collaborating with senior management across lines of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years work experience as a leader in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital.
• Knowledge of secondary research data sources; ability to navigate and extract baseline insights.
• Creates aesthetically-pleasing, impactful presentations.
• Experienced brainstorm and/or workshop facilitator.
• Quickly able to master the agency's processes and products.
• Demonstrated excellence in strategically planning campaigns to align with KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards results.

Responsibilities

• Influential Agency-wide strategic leadership, delivering valuable thought leadership to multiple clients and internal teams
• Drives best in class insight, data-informed strategy, and innovative thinking
• Acts as a catalyst to spark curiosity and innovation within the Strategy team and across all lines of business
• Builds client relationships, identifying new ways to broaden offering, and grow existing relationships and revenue
• Participates in new business pitches
• Works collaboratively with senior management, agency partners and peers to contribute to the success of the agency
