Job summary

You will lead executive-level engagements, drive capital planning and operational excellence, and mentor project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will also facilitate high-stakes workshops, engage stakeholders, and communicate findings to senior leadership while contributing to business development and offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, accounting, or related field and 7 years relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience leading executive-level strategy sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations for executive leadership by analyzing market trends, regulatory developments, and priorities.
• Assess organizational readiness, risk, and resilience to guide transformation.
• Design solutions linking strategy to utility processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead capital planning, process optimization, and performance initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Advise on business strategy and improvements with senior leadership.
• Prepare concise reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and executive discussions to guide decision-making.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and support growth.
• Support business development with proposals and thought leadership.
