1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, seeks a senior leadership-focused consultant to guide strategy and transformation efforts for utility clients. You will lead teams, structure workstreams, and maintain alignment with sponsors to deliver measurable outcomes.

Required are a Bachelor degree and 5 years of leadership/consulting experience, with strong communication, change management, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or related field with 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or management experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to present complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation engagements for utility clients.
• Structure and manage project workstreams across organizational, operational, and technology domains.
• Serve as the primary contact for client sponsors to ensure alignment, transparency, and satisfaction.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for engagements.
• Coordinate training, resource management, and quality reviews across the practice.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with company policies.
