Citizens Bank is seeking a strategic professional to join our Consumer Banking Strategy group. This team sets the strategic agenda and direction for the Consumer Banking division and acts as a trusted advisor to Citizens’ senior leadership.

The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible for assisting in defining and developing actionable answers to high leverage business questions, defining success measures to track progress against the plan, supporting high-level execution of strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Learning mindset with the ability to pick up new subjects quickly.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our Consumer Banking offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making
