Citizens Bank is seeking a strategic professional to join our Consumer Banking Strategy group. The Senior Strategy Consultant will help define actionable answers to high-leverage business questions, track progress with success metrics, and support execution of strategic initiatives.

The role involves analyzing industry trends, competitive landscape, and synthesizing data into insights for senior leadership. You will develop executive-level materials and influence decision-making.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in financial services or related field; consulting experience preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Learning mindset with the ability to pick up new subjects quickly
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilités

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our Consumer Banking offerings
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights
Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to track progress against our plan
Develop materials for executive strategy and business performance presentations
