Citizens Bank is seeking a Consumer Product Performance Partner for Existing Cardmember Growth to steer a robust roadmap across utilization, growth, retention, and margin objectives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations to align budget and initiatives with portfolio targets.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, product enhancements, and experience design to drive revenue growth while managing costs and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Existing Cardmember (ECM) Growth initiatives for US based card issuer.
• Strong industry and product knowledge with ability to translate P&L needs into consumer strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results across organization(s).

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage ECM Growth roadmap to meet utilization, growth, retention and margin goals.
• Oversee product structures and campaigns while ensuring clear communication across channels.
• Partner with Finance and PP&A to develop budgets and forecasts and influence pricing strategies.
• Direct ad hoc reporting on portfolio trends and competitive dynamics.
• Manage end-to-end customer experience for each product and optimize expenses.
