Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Consultant – Acquisitions & Strategy to drive CDP, audience, measurement, and decisioning initiatives across the Bread ecosystem. You will harmonize business needs with technology roadmaps, collaborating across marketing, analytics, product, and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership and execution over hands-on platform work, with remote/hom ebased options and a focus on high-impact business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ financial services implementation experience or related technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Understanding of marketing campaign execution activities (Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance).
• Strong ability in interacting with senior business stakeholders.
• Capable of prioritizing competing initiatives and defining a vision in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communications; persuasive business writing.
• Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable work for Acxiom teams.
• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives spanning customer data, audience management, measurement, and decisioning capabilities.
• Support alignment of business stakeholders, technology teams, analytics partners, and vendors around roadmaps.
• Serve as advisor on evolution of customer data and marketing technology capabilities.
• Help define future-state strategies for acquisition, engagement, and growth.
• Support strategic CDP roadmap and Phase 2 initiatives with business use cases.
• Partner with tech and analytics to advance decision engine capabilities.
• Ensure roadmap decisions align with business priorities and customer experience goals.
• Advance measurement capabilities and reporting frameworks with Data & Analytics.
• Contribute to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) initiatives and measurement strategy.
• Act as strategic resource on Acxiom within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Collaborate with bureaus, platform partners, and stakeholders to maximize data value.
• Guide audience, identity, and activation strategies for Bread and brand partners.
• Serve as liaison between Bread value streams and enterprise roadmaps.
• Influence priorities across marketing, analytics, product and technology.
• Lead initiatives through collaboration and consensus-building.
