Job summary

Renesas Electronics invites a Staff Strategic Planning Specialist to join our Power Product Group. You will partner with executives to shape long-range strategy, analyze market trends, and evaluate growth opportunities in AI, datacenter, and automotive sectors.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage strategic projects, and present insights to senior leaders, helping to translate data into actionable plans while advancing Renesas’ goals and innovative power solutions.

Qualifications

8 years of semiconductor industry experience; management consulting a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Experience with Excel; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the Power Product Group.
Aid in the development and implementation of processes to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
