Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of related semiconductor industry experience; management consulting is a plus.
• Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to align with business goals.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate priorities across the Power Product Group.
• Develop processes and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
