Job summary

Renesas is seeking a Staff Strategic Planner to support the Power Product Group. The role focuses on long-range planning, commercial strategy, M&A assessment, and executive communication. You will analyze market trends, develop strategic projects, and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders.

As part of a fast-growing team, you will collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with Renesas’ growth priorities. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8 years in semiconductors are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of related semiconductor industry experience; consulting background a plus.
• Experience with strategic planning, market analysis, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects for timely delivery.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and effective communication of priorities.
