Job summary

As a Senior Analyst at Compass Group USA, you will leverage data and strategic thinking to derive insights for food & beverage operations for our top clients. You will join 140+ data & analytics colleagues to deploy products, identify opportunities, and oversee ad hoc projects.

You’ll explore data, develop dashboards, and measure the impact of your recommendations on guest experience, financial results, and operations, working with the Strategy & Analytics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in an analytical or consulting role.
• Strong work ethic with urgency to support teammates and stakeholders.
• Intermediate PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Explore operational, financial, and experiential data from internal and external sources with curiosity.
• Develop dashboards, analyses, tools, and process automations that will improve KPIs, operational efficiency, financial outcomes, guest experience, and more
• Report operational and financial metrics and calculate the economic & experiential impact of your work
• Communicate frequently and clearly to ensure your efforts align with the E15 Director of Strategy and Analytics
