Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Documentation Development.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of new projects, programs, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
• Lead efforts to maintain project documentation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed.
• Assist the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues.
• Analyze information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to the project team.
• Apply critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.
• Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other).
• Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high-quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented.
