Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Business Senior Strategy Analyst for an 18-month contract in the United States. The role provides high-level analytical support for long-term business strategies and works with business and functional experts across teams.

The position influences peers, supports project documentation, and helps communicate strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders while aligning with risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Documentation Development.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of new projects, programs, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
• Lead efforts to maintain project documentation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed.
• Assist the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues.
• Analyze information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to the project team.
• Apply critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.
• Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other).
• Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high-quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented.

Job Requirements
