You will drive high-quality client experiences, shape recommendations, and elevate the team through knowledge sharing and best practices.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in organizational consulting, leadership advisory, human capital consulting, industrial organizational psychology, or related professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client meetings, executive workshops, discovery sessions, and focus groups with strong executive presence.
• Develop strategic recommendations and client deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Mentor others and lead internal initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
• Travel up to 20%, including international travel as required.
