Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an inspirational Global Advisory Leader to shape and elevate our Advisory Services across the United States, Japan, and Asia/Pacific. This role drives strategy, growth, and delivery with a global, cross-functional team, partnering with regional leaders and senior clients.

You will lead commercial strategy, deepen client intimacy, and champion integrated solutions while embedding AI into offerings. Travel and executive engagement on client sites are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the senior face of IQVIA’s Global Advisory Services to executives and stakeholders.
• Set and own the growth agenda for Advisory Services with regional leaders.
• Model client intimacy; be onsite and align with customers' strategic priorities.
• Drive AI and new tech integration into Advisory offerings and strategy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Advisory and DTAS portfolios.
• Ensure high-impact delivery; maintain rigorous, insightful client work quality.
• Cultivate and nurture top talent; coach rising leaders and create growth paths.
• Inform thought leadership and translate insights into client value.
• Influence across the enterprise with senior executives to accelerate impact.
• Own the business; deliver customer revenue and margin targets.
• Build a unified global Advisory Services community across regions.
