Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in program management, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven people management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience budgeting and scheduling for large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and government contracting basics (FAR/DFARS/ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Material Program Managers reporting to the PMO for the Global Supply Chain.
• Oversees material budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and schedule performance.
• Develops material strategies and negotiates budgets with the PMO for programs.
• Coordinates cross-functional efforts with engineering, operations, and quality.
• Presents program status and risk mitigation plans to executive leadership.
