Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager – 2 in Promontory, UT. The role leads a team of Material Program Managers within the PMO and owns the material strategy, budgets, and procurement plans for multiple programs.

You will drive cost reduction and efficiency, coordinate with engineering and operations, and ensure timely delivery within budget. 15% travel may be required. Primary salary range is discussed with offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain or related field; OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams with clear direction and accountability.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules of significant scope and complexity.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and complex proposals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Material Program Managers accountable to PMO for Global Supply Chain operations.
• Oversees budget management to support PMO commitments.
• Manages material strategy, budgets, and procurement plans for programs.
• Drives risk mitigation and mitigates supply chain issues.
• Provides status briefings to PMO and executives on performance and action plans.
