Qualifications

• Construction experience within civil or electrical in heavy industrial or large-scale EPC environments.
• Experience managing subcontracts, including the selection, negotiation, and execution of subcontract agreements (MSAs and project-level agreements).
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time as business needs permit

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the vision. Develop and share the Subcontracts vision and actions to achieve it.
• Build and lead the team. Attract, develop, retain, and define roles and expectations; give timely feedback.
• Identify and close talent gaps; build bench and succession for scaling.
• Build preferred partnerships with subcontractors based on mutual benefit and cost efficiency.
• Lead disciplined subcontractor selection based on EHS, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Apply construction expertise to scope, means and methods, sequencing, and productivity.
• Hold subcontractors accountable; manage change orders through upfront contracting and documentation.
• Build knowledge and measures to drive decisions across the portfolio
