Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of progressive experience across strategic sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, or spend analytics.
• Experience within high-growth technology, SaaS, or Cloud environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent credentials as listed in education.
• Strong data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Comfort with technology contracting and licensing metrics.
• Operational problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for Build and Security, including RFI/RFP/RFQs and supplier onboarding.
• Proactively manage renewal pipelines and negotiate renewals well before contract expiration.
• Construct deal strategies, review MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS/Cloud agreements with Legal, Security, Finance and business owners.
• Embed with engineering and security leaders as a trusted advisor on roadmaps and spend forecasting.
• Support governance and risk mitigation through supplier programs and BOSS processes.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Use AI and automation to streamline procurement operations and data hygiene.
• Support operational procurement workflows and quarterly reporting cadences.
