Job summary

Cypress HCM in Mountain View, CA is seeking a senior procurement leader to guide enterprise technology sourcing across software, cloud services, and hardware. You will manage strategic projects, negotiate complex supplier agreements, and align technology investments with business goals.

You will collaborate with Technology, Security, Finance, Legal, and operations to optimize licensing, reduce risk, and maximize value while ensuring governance and contract standards across global vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Strong experience negotiating enterprise software and cloud services agreements.
• Working knowledge of software licensing models and pricing structures.
• Experience leading formal RFx events.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology agreements including MSA, SOW, NDA, and data protection.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across cross-functional and global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing projects for enterprise software, cloud technologies, and IT hardware.
• Lead competitive bid processes from planning through supplier selection.
• Negotiate commercial agreements to improve pricing and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, Finance, Legal, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize licensing and consolidate vendors.
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Analyze market trends to support sourcing strategies and supplier decisions.
• Ensure procurement activities align with governance and contract standards.
