Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Manager - Strategic Sourcing (IFM Categories) to develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across client accounts. The role ensures procurement standards are followed, aligns account teams with client needs, and drives supplier performance improvements.

The position requires 10+ years in strategic sourcing and 3-5 years in people or account management, with a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• 3-5 years of people and/or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Supply Chain or Procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across assigned accounts.
• Ensure procurement standards are developed and maintained per portfolio requirements.
• Align client objectives with account team and supplier performance.
• Lead supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.
• Collaborate with legal/risk to review terms and conditions.
