Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive sourcing strategies, manage bids, and negotiate high-value contracts. The role supports strategic direction and mentoring of colleagues in procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Five+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience.
• Certified Purchasing Manager or Six Sigma/Lean certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive all stages of the sourcing process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract implementation.
• Lead complex sourcing projects with strategic approaches to mitigate risk and drive value.
• Establish and monitor contract performance with KPIs across medium complexity categories.
