Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience drafting and managing contracts and supplier qualification.
• Familiarity with commodity markets and supplier development.
• Certifications in CPM, Six Sigma, Lean, PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects from RFP to contract.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms to drive value.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and GTC.
