Qualifikationen

• Effective negotiation skills and strong communication across levels.
• Experience with project management and leadership, including collaboration.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor on sourcing and contract management and compliance.
• Drive cross-functional teams through all stages of the sourcing process.
• Prepare RFPs, review bids, and negotiate with suppliers for indirect spend.
• Improve supply base capabilities and implement best practices in sourcing.
• Engage clients to define requirements aligned with long-term strategy.
• Stay abreast of market trends and supplier economics.
• Plan sourcing events to manage contract end dates and transitions.
• Manage contract administration with end users and suppliers.
• Provide consultation to resolve contract disputes; manage lifecycle.
• Negotiate and execute medium-dollar/complex contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal on terms and Statements of Work.
• Ensure development of sources and perform site visits as required.
• Identify supply problems and lead corrective actions.
