Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams and coach colleagues, building supplier relationships and optimizing the procurement process.

Role requires five+ years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a focus on cost-saving synergies across functions.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of procurement experience.
• Advanced sourcing and contract management knowledge; strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to present to multiple organizational levels; leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on sourcing and contract management while ensuring compliance with company and public sector policies.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the sourcing process: supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract implementation.
• Prepare RFPs, review bids, and negotiate with suppliers for indirect spend categories; optimize supplier base and contracts.
• Identify supply and quality issues and drive corrective actions to benefit Procurement's internal partners.
• Engage stakeholders to define requirements aligned with long-term business strategy; monitor market trends.
