Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support procurement and contracts management across facilities services and government projects. This fast-paced role requires handling high-volume RFPs, researching suppliers, negotiating prices, and maintaining contracts to meet client and internal standards.

You will analyze spend data, prepare reports, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with FAR and federal policy.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
• Knowledge of SpendHQ and Corrigo is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sourcing, procurement, vendor management.
• Prepare and analyze RFPs and supplier proposals.
• Maintain contracts and vendor database.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on contracts, spend and savings.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and government standards.
• Coordinate RFP packaging and releases.
