Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sourcing to optimize PDS/Construction sourcing across the US. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive cost efficiencies, and work with legal and risk teams to ensure compliant contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, strong communication, and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, and construction management experience is a plus. Remote-friendly with multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Experience in construction management industry is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Delivery Services (PDS / Construction) clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of sourcing strategies across the US.
• Execute PDS & IFM Projects strategic sourcing by developing innovative ways to drive total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management teams to simplify processes using tools and communication.
• Use category intelligence and data analytics to set strategy and drive results.
• Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS to leverage scale and supplier relationships.
• Manage RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services.
