Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead a team of sourcing professionals and drive strategic outcomes for a large technology client. You will leverage supplier relationships, program management, and market insights to deliver measurable benefits.

You will coordinate with Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams, oversee RFP/bid processes, and mentor 2-3 direct reports while aligning with corporate policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Project management and business transition experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, and proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
• Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits.
• Perform market trend analyses and report findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate regional and national programs; guide supplier performance programs.
