Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Sourcing/Category Manager to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients. The role focuses on optimizing services operations, delivering supplier intelligence, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple client programs.

The position is remote across the U.S. with compensation in the six-figure USD range and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), medical plans, parental leave and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and stakeholders for optimization of managed services operations.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence; lead field resources for strategic initiatives.
• Support client FM account teams; contribute to sourcing strategies and program management.
• Be a subject-matter expert in supplier relationships and program delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive measurable client benefits.
• Perform market trend analysis and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional and national programs and supplier performance reviews.
• Support RFP/bid processes and contract execution; ensure compliance with policies.
