Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing to optimize managed services operations, oversee Architect of Record and Construction vendor contracts, and drive national sourcing programs. This role partners with project management, design, procurement, and risk teams to deliver measurable value.

You will analyze market trends, ensure policy compliance, and lead supplier performance reviews while coordinating with operations and client teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office; TotalBid Project Management Software experience preferred.
• PDS / Construction sourcing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project Management clients and internal stakeholders for optimization of managed services and sourcing strategies.
• Manage Architects of Record and Construction vendor contracts for project execution.
• Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
• Act as SME in support of sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Support regional and national programs and drive client benefits.
