Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Senior Consultant in Indirect Category Management to identify cost and quality opportunities across mid-level categories. You will support Category Managers, develop supplier agreements, and drive TCO optimization through cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum 3–6 years in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with a strong background in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems. This role focuses on indirect spend across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 3–6 years' experience in RFx, sourcing, negotiating and contracting.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support category managers with sourcing strategies and opportunity assessments.
• Develop and implement supplier agreements to maximize value and meet cost targets.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to optimize spend categories and reduce TCO.
• Provide status reports and drive data-driven negotiations with suppliers.
