Job summary
Top Echelon LLC in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead sourcing for new product development and existing products, driving category/subcategory and supplier strategies.
You will manage $30–$50 million in commodity spend, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate master supplier agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Open to 20–30% travel; APICS certification is a plus; 8% bonus; strong growth opportunities and a culture focused on safety and people.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing
- Exposure to castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics
- Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understand timeline development and cost structures
- BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Open to 20% to 30% travel
- APICS Certification would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
- Manage $30 to $50 million commodity spend, developing sourcing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements.
- Analyze purchase volumes within category to drive supplier consolidation and cost reduction.
- Manage quoting and negotiations.
- Lead supplier selection process for Global and Regional strategies on current product and New Product Development components.
- Mentor, coach, and train new Sourcing team members
