Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
Exposure to castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.
Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies.
APICS certification would be a plus.
BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Manage $30–$50 million commodity spend, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements.
Analyze purchase volumes within category to drive supplier consolidation and cost reductions.
Manage quoting and negotiations.
Lead supplier selection for Global and Regional strategies on current product and New Product Development components.
Mentor, coach, and train new Sourcing team members.
