Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst for our Milwaukee area client in heavy mobile equipment. You will lead sourcing activities for new product development and existing products, drive supplier strategies, and manage $30–$50 million in annual spend.

The role requires 5+ years manufacturing experience, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel 20–30%. Benefits include 401(k) match, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Expertise in strategic sourcing and commodity management.
Experience with metals, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.
APICS certification would be a plus.
Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
Manage commodity spend of $30–$50 million.
Develop sourcing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead negotiations and master supplier agreements.
Mentor junior Sourcing team members.
Lead supplier selection for Global and Regional strategies for current product and New Product Development components.
